Holiday between the apple & pear trees
Normandy is known for its cider and poiré. In the past, cider and poiré was also made on our farm. The old apple press and the apple and pear trees on our land testified to this. Now we receive our campers among the apple and pear trees. And what about our apples? Our neighbor still makes cider from them.
Book one of our vintage Chateau-caravans
We bought our first vintage Chateau caravan when we started our French adventure. We enjoyed the caravan so much that we bought another one exactly the same to rent out. In this way our guests experience that authentic holiday feeling of yesteryear. All our accommodations are equipped with a good doublebed (140 × 200), refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, complete fitted-out and a nicely furnished awning.
Coziness in a caravan
Two of the same vintage Chateau caravans from 1978. We have styled the caravans even more cozy with nice brocante items. The caravans are suitable for two adults and two small to medium-sized dogs. If you wish, we have a dog crate available for the dogs.
A campsite has to have a pool
A relaxing holiday also includes a refreshing dip. That is why a swimming pool is available for our guests. So splash, splash and enjoy.
We also have four spacious camping pitches
We also offer our guests the opportunity to come with their own caravan or tent. We have reserved four spacious camping pitches that come with electricity. For these two camping pitches also applies: a maximum of two adults and two dogs per pitch.
Snacks and drinks in the outdoor bar
When we first saw this ruin it was immediately clear: it was perfectly suited to be tranceformed into a terrace with an outdoor bar. And so it was. The bar is next to the fenced-in dog play area. So while your dog is having fun, you can enjoy a snack or drink yourself. From olives to a French snack platter with a glass of wine or cider. Or a fresh baguette with camembert.
Table d’hôte: Every week we organize a joint BBQ or dinner for the entire campsite. You can sign up for this.
Your dog is more than welcome
All our camping pitches are fenced. This way your dog cannot go for a walk and sniff in someone else's tent or caravan. On our site there is a large fenced-in dog playing field next to the outdoor bar. So while you have a drink on our terrace, you can watch your dog playing.
All pitches on the mini campsite are at least 300 m2 and are fenced so that dogs cannot go for a walk. All pitches also have access to electricity (6amp). Water can be obtained from the toilet building. The sanitary facilities consist of two toilets, two showers, washing and washing-up basins. We can always run and dry your laundry for a small fee. We have a number of dog crates that you can borrow. The campsite also has an honesty bar that is always stocked with cold cider and other goodies
There is a free and strong wifi signal on the campsite site and in the gîte.
